Law enforcers held 21 motorized fishing boats for Violation of EO-305

PAGADIAN CITY – A total of 21 motorized fishing boats were apprehended by the joint law enforcement agencies for violation of Executive Order 305 during the conduct of seaborne patrol at the sea waters of Yllana Bay recently.

Pagadian City Chief of Police Supt. Glenn Dulawan said the seaborne patrol operations were jointly conducted with the 903rd Maritime Police and Philippine Coast Guard to implement  EO-305 or otherwise known as Devolving to Municipal and City Government’s Registration of Fishing Vessels Three Tonnage and Below and for violation of all forms of illegal fishing.

Some violators immediately registered their fishing vessels to legalize their operations.
  
All the apprehended motorized fishing boats are now in the custody of 903rd Maritime Police at Port Area of this city for proper disposition. (JC-MPF News)
